ThinkEngine Networks to Exhibit as Gold Sponsor of Wainhouse Research Collaboration Summit
Call Flow Designer Toolkit will Showcase Ease of Development for Voice Services Applications
May 15, 2007 Marlborough, MA - ThinkEngine Networks (AMEX: THN), a leading provider of TDM and IP capable conferencing bridges and media servers, today announced that they are a gold sponsor at the upcoming Wainhouse Research Collaboration Summit, to be held at the Holiday Inn Golden Gateway, San Francisco CA (June 5 - 7). As part of their sponsorship ThinkEngine will be showcasing their Call Flow Designer Toolkit at their workshop titled, "Revenue Generation through Service Customization."
ThinkEngine's Call Flow Designer is a 4G graphical service creation environment designed to easily allow users to create custom call flows and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications. The Call Flow Designer allows Service Providers and Enterprises to conceive new services, customize them on a per customer basis, and then to deploy them in record time.
"Custom call flows are developed without complicated programming or intricate knowledge of system internals," said Mike Wixon, Vice President of Product Management. "Developers simply drag functionality modules to the pallet, fill in the blanks, and connect the dots. In our workshop session we will build a real IVR application in 12 minutes and listen to the results."
The Call Flow Designer Toolkit runs on ThinkEngine's VSR1000 platform. The VSR1000 provides 968 ports of either TDM or IP voice processing. It is used by Service Providers, Exchange Carriers, and Enterprises for a variety of Voice Service applications at a price per port that leads the industry.
