Operators can manage one or multiple conferencing bridges and are alerted when customers need help. Separate views show queues for conference entry, conference help requests, and all active conferences on the bridge. Operators are able to fully control the conference including mute, room mode, dial out, chime control, and conference locks. Additionally, operators can move participants between conferences, monitor lines, and listen in on conferences.
